Carrots, Beets, Beans, Squash, Cucumbers, Watermelon, Cantaloupe, Zucchini, Peppers, Eggplant, Red Tomato, Cherry Tomato, Heirloom Tomato, Sunflowers, Corn, Potatoes, Garlic, Basil, Mint, Peaches.


Fall

Broccoli, Cauliflower, Brussels Sprouts, Romanesca, Fennel, Kohlrabi, Baby Greens, Radishes, Turnips, Celery, Tomato, Corn, Pepper, Winter Squash, Pumpkins, Apples, Beets, Carrots, Leeks, Onions, Celery Root, Cabbage, Sweet potato, Arugula, Fennel, Kohlrabi, Rutabaga, Lettuce, Spinach.


Winter

A lot of our winter crops are planted in the fall. By covering cold-hardy crops, we are able to harvest them all winter long. The apples and citrus are purchased from partnering farms. The canned tomatoes, frozen peppers, ans frozen corn are made during the summer from unsold produce. This allows us to have a diverse Winter CSA, but also limits the amount of members we can accept.
